Dada
Born in 1926 in the small artisan carpenter workshop of Angelo Garavaglia, in 1979 he joined the Molteni Group establishing himself in a short time in the field of haute cuisine. Today Dada, under the artistic direction of the Belgian architect and designer Vincent Van Duysen, bases his production on three key words: storytelling, inspiration and contemporaneity.
