Armchair LC2 Cassina
Armchair with polished chrome or painted steel frame in the LC color palette. Coverings of independent cushions in fabric or leather. LC2 is a timeless model that has made the history of design. The independence between the metal structure and the pillows expresses the logic of rationalism: the separation between parts according to a logic of industrial production. The armchair, designed in 1928 and exhibited at the Salon d’Automne in Paris in 1929, is the archetype of the armchair in the new and modern concept of furnishings intended as “domestic equipment”, reissued by Cassina and produced exclusively since 1965.
